How Your Donations Transformed 500 Lives in Lagos This Quarter

Every donation tells a story. This quarter, the AltariaHub community came together to transform the lives of over 500 children across Lagos State. Here's what your generosity accomplished.

### The Numbers That Matter
-**523 children** received essential items-**12 schools** and **4 orphanages** served-**₦2.4 million** worth of donations distributed-**189 donors** participated

### Spotlight: Sunshine Orphanage, Ikeja
When we arrived at Sunshine Orphanage with three vehicles full of supplies, the children's faces lit up brighter than the Lagos sun.
"We hadn't received new clothes in eight months," shared Mrs. Adebayo, the orphanage director. "These donations mean our children can start the new term with dignity."
Each child received:- 2 sets of school uniforms- A school bag with supplies- Personal hygiene items- Educational books

### Community Primary School, Surulere
For many students at Community Primary School, the shoes they received were their first-ever brand new pairs. Teacher Mrs. Okonkwo told us: "Some children were walking to school barefoot. Now they walk with pride."

### What's Next
Our Q2 campaign focuses on back-to-school preparations. We're targeting 1,000 children across Lagos and expanding to Ogun State.
